Your clients trust you with their details. PrettyCRM protects every one of them with encryption, isolation and two-step verification.
- Encrypted with your studio’s own key. Names, contact details, notes, looks and your studio’s own fields are encrypted before they are stored, with a key unique to your studio held in a hardware security module.
- Two-step verification for everyone. Signing in needs your password and a code from your authenticator app, with one-time recovery codes if you lose your phone.
- Your data is always yours. Export your clients to Excel or CSV at any time, in English or Spanish.

Your 14-day trial runs on the Studio plan. One trial per person, business and phone number.
Questions, answered
Do I need a card to start the trial?
No. Verify your email, set up two-step verification and your studio is ready. You choose a plan only if you want to continue after 14 days.
What happens when the trial ends?
Your studio becomes view-only. Nothing is deleted, and you can still export your clients. Choose a plan and pay securely online with Stripe to keep editing. If you subscribe during the trial, your remaining free days carry over.
Can I store health information?
PrettyCRM is not a medical records system and asks for no health information. If your studio decides it needs a detail, such as a product preference, you can add your own field and choose whether it prints on client sheets.
Why do some sign-ups ask for a mobile number?
If you sign up with a free email provider such as Gmail, we verify a mobile number to keep trials fair. It is used only for that check.
Can I use my own web address?
Every studio gets yourstudio.prettycrm.com. Studio and Agency plans can also use an address on your own domain, such as prettycrm.yourstudio.com.
Is PrettyCRM available in Spanish?
Yes. The studio app, emails and these documents are available in English and Spanish.
Can I leave and take my data?
Always. Export your full client list to Excel or CSV whenever you like.
